Patch Notes Page 20

  • Fixed minimap buff and debuff hover tooltips.
  • Hovering the new timed-effect icons now correctly opens the shared HUD tooltip with the effect name, description, remaining time, and cancel hint for removable buffs.
  • Added a WoW-style buff and debuff tracker beside the minimap.
  • Active hero buffs, global powerups, construction timers, and common combat debuffs now appear in right-to-left icon rows to the left of the minimap.
  • Hovering any tracked effect now shows its description plus the live remaining timer, and removable buffs can be canceled with right-click directly from the HUD.
  • Expanded timed-effect icon coverage across Warden kits and hazards.
  • Ability-driven states such as Poison Tipped, Fortify, Shadow Dance, Nord Banner, Lightning Dome, Agility, Consecration, and more now reuse their kit icons where possible, while DOTs and generic hazards fall back to status-sheet icons.
  • Fixed missing bag icons across inventory, shops, and world drops.
  • The restored assets/Sprites/Equipment/Bags.png sheet is now included in the packaged build so Brown Bag and the other bag tiers stop rendering as white squares.
  • Expanded extra-life rewind cleanup to reset spawned wave objects.
  • Kalibros’ revive rewind now also clears spawned shrines, hidden chests, hellmouth spawners, dragon pylons, and dragon portal pieces when the wave is rewound.
  • Added a new artifact-tier Strawhat helm and tightened artifact handling.
  • Strawhat can now drop as an extremely rare head artifact that halves ability energy costs, halves Dash cooldown, frontloads cooldown plus regen support, guarantees at least +5 Luck, guarantees random attribute bonuses, and rolls 1-3 affixes.
  • Artifact items can no longer be broken down for salvage, and artifact recipes can no longer be learned or appear through recipe-book generation.
  • Expanded endgame loot progression and fixed lingering world-drop icon issues.
  • Rings and amulets now have a rare chance to roll a socket, while trinkets can rarely roll one or two sockets.
  • Ground food pickups now point at the shipped Food.png sheet directly, fixing the white-square drops for items such as Carrot, Strawberry, Green Fish, and Yellow Fish.
  • Improved boss readability during hover inspection.
  • Hovering Verdaxis or Baron Von Dreadmoor now shows the same anchored health and shield tooltip treatment used for nemesis enemies.
  • Fixed PromptFont keyboard prompts resolving the wrong glyph for some remapped keys.
  • Persisted numeric scancode:* bindings now normalize back to their logical key names before prompt text, PromptFont glyph lookup, and PromptFont CSS selection.
  • Interaction prompts such as E to enter / E to leave no longer render the raw scancode number glyph by mistake on packaged player builds.
  • Smoothed out several inventory and overlay interaction pain points.
  • Inventory navigation once again accepts WASD, equipped slots can be inspected with hover or right-click, and socket removal now lives on a remappable Unsocket action that defaults to R.
  • Mouse-wheel scrolling inside major overlays such as Traders, Quest Log, Ability Shop, Abilities, Talents, Boards, and pause-driven menus no longer leaks through to gameplay camera zoom.
  • Interior pause menus now fully lock player movement instead of letting WASD continue moving the Warden behind the menu.
  • Made level-up and revive flow clearer mid-run.
  • Level-up upgrade rolls now avoid offering three copies of the same upgrade in one choice set.
  • Spending an extra life now triggers Kalibros’ time-rewind intervention, fully restores the Warden, wipes the current enemy wave, and restarts that wave instead of continuing from a cluttered death state.
  • Extended round persistence and restored missing food icons.
  • Dropped powerups, items, and revive pickups now stay alive long enough to cover a full round cycle instead of timing out awkwardly near the end of a round.
  • Food loot that still points at the legacy Foods.png sheet now falls back to the shipped Food.png art so Green Fish, Yellow Fish, Carrot, Strawberry, and related drops render again.
  • Fixed equipment compare deltas so losses show as actual negative values.
  • Compare rows now subtract the equipped item’s displayed effect from the hovered item’s displayed effect instead of listing both raw values side by side.
  • Rows such as STR, EXP Gain, and other numeric affix/effect lines now read as one signed delta, which makes +11 STR vs +8 STR show as -3 STR when you would lose stats by equipping.
  • Red compare entries that represent losing a rolled effect no longer display misleading positive numbers.
  • Fixed packaged keyboard prompt glyph fallback for remapped interact keys.
  • Saved keyboard bindings that resolve to scancode:* now normalize back to the logical key token before PromptFont lookup.
  • In-world prompts and the Hotkeys HUD now show the expected PromptFont glyph or clean key label instead of literal text such as scancode:g.
