The structure and page introductions are authored, but game records are extracted from whitelisted public repo files. Ambiguous public-data gaps stay as TODO.

The extraction script rejects non-whitelisted files and validates that generated JSON does not contain absolute repo paths or forbidden source fragments.
Why are some names or fields marked TODO?

The extractor does not invent data. Current TODOs are represented in generated metadata and are limited to public-data gaps such as title-cased enemy names or sparse guide prose.
What design source was used?

The theme uses public game RCSS and the current static wiki styling. Figma has been intentionally abandoned for this wiki.
