Patch Notes Page 42

  • Added a live HUD lives counter beside the ability bar.
  • The remaining-lives display now sits directly to the left of the bottom-right ability hotbar and updates in real time.
  • The count turns green while the player has 2 or more spare lives left, and red when they are down to their last spare life.
  • Fixed Sally’s holy primary against Verdaxis and his obelisks.
  • Sally’s primary projectile payload now stays tagged as Holy instead of being downgraded to Frost by its spell metadata.
  • Holy damage numbers from Sally’s basic attacks now render in the expected golden color.
  • Verdaxis keeps his fire immunity, while holy primary hits can now damage both the dragon and his encounter obelisks as intended.
  • Fixed Sally’s solo revive exploit.
  • In solo play, Resurrect is passive again and no longer refills spare lives when the button is pressed.
  • Improved inventory details text flow after the latest unsocket follow-up.
  • Single-line compare/effect entries now use the full details-panel width instead of wrapping against the fixed label column.
  • Action and Unsocket rows keep their label/value structure while long effect bullets stay readable.
  • Fixed unsocket follow-up issues in the inventory details view and socket return flow.
  • Unsocketing now returns every socketed gem before destroying the host item instead of only recovering the last socket.
  • Inventory details now use shorter unsocket copy and cleaner label/value spacing so the Action and Unsocket rows no longer overlap.
  • Added an unsocket confirmation popup before destructive gem removal.
  • Right-click unsocketing now asks Are you sure you want to unsocket? and warns that the host item will be destroyed before the action proceeds.
  • The confirmation modal renders above the inventory UI in both the Rml overlay and the fallback native character screen.
  • Changed unsocketing to destroy the host item and return the gem instead of only clearing the socket.
  • Right-click and shift-unsocket actions now recover the last socketed gem to inventory and delete the host item afterward.
  • If the inventory is full, Kalibros now warns that unsocketing would destroy the gem and the action is cancelled instead.
  • Fixed the locked-Warden Kalibros warning in Character Select.
  • The one-time locked-Warden tutorial card now renders on menu screens instead of only queuing invisibly behind the menu.
  • Improved locked-Warden browsing in Character Select.
  • Locked Wardens can now be selected so players can inspect their preview, stats, biography, and unlock requirement before earning them.
  • Start Run now greys out and stays disabled whenever the currently selected Warden is still locked.
  • The first locked-Warden selection now triggers a one-time Kalibros warning that points players to the Achievements screen for the required unlock.
