v0.47.1
Section titled “v0.47.1”- Reduced late-wave damage number spam.
- Simultaneous local hits from the same attack now collapse into larger combined values instead of spawning long chains of separate floating numbers.
- Damage number batching now uses a wider burst window and a local clustering radius so high-wave cleave and similar AoE bursts stay readable without covering the fight.
v0.47.0
Section titled “v0.47.0”- Added The Chandler as a new Artifact ring.
- The Chandler uses
CleaveRing.png, always grants at least+7 STR, rolls artifact-level melee affixes, and keeps a persistent cleave buff visible while equipped. - The Chandler’s passive cleave now splashes nearby enemies for roughly
30%damage without requiring an activated ability. - Updated authored food names to match the revised
Food.pngsheet. - Former Cheese entries now appear as
Peas. - Former Eggplant entries now appear as
Pepper. - Retuned Glizzy piles.
- Base impact and poison damage from the dropped piles were cut in half.
v0.46.2
Section titled “v0.46.2”- Retuned Witch Hat Disguise.
- Disguise now lasts
10sinstead of30s. - Witch Hat Disguise now shows a
15scooldown in the granted ability card and keeps a live cooldown floor of at least15seven after cooldown-reduction effects.
v0.46.1
Section titled “v0.46.1”- Fixed Artifact follow-up behavior.
- Witch Hat Disguise now swaps the Warden into enemy movement and attack sprites without applying the cloak/invisibility status.
- Enemies now ignore a disguised Warden through AI targeting, special targeting, and contact attacks while the transformation buff is active.
- Glizzy now loads its toxic pile art from the shipped
Equipment/GlizzyDrop.pngasset and no longer gates pile spawning on the texture load path. - Cooldown Reduction display now preserves fractional cooldown values such as Witch Hat’s exact
6.66%roll instead of rounding them to7%.
v0.46.0
Section titled “v0.46.0”- Added Witch Hat as a new Artifact head item.
- Witch Hat uses
WitchHat.png, always grants exactly+6.66%cooldown reduction, always grants at least+7 INT, and rolls artifact-level affixes from a strict non-cooldown pool. - Equipping Witch Hat grants
Disguise, a 30-second spell that transforms the Warden into a random enemy, prevents enemies from targeting the Warden while the illusion holds, and displays a timed buff card. - Added Duct Tape as a new Artifact off-hand item.
- Duct Tape uses
Tape.png, rolls artifact-level defensive affixes, and grants one equipped spare-life charge per item instance. - A spent Duct Tape keeps its affixes equipped, but no longer contributes a spare life; equipping a different unspent Duct Tape grants its own charge.
- Improved Artifact runtime visibility.
- Mad King’s Favor and Mad King’s Due now appear in the timed-effect strips.
- Glizzy piles now render at 50% asset scale and continue damaging enemies only, leaving Wardens immune to the hazard.
v0.45.17
Section titled “v0.45.17”- Fixed the Options screen re-opening itself after Back.
- The remap recovery guard now only restores Options while the screen is actively listening for a replacement input, instead of forcing Options back open whenever a stale close-lock flag remains set.
- Explicit Options Back actions now clear stale remap close-lock state before returning to the previous menu.
v0.45.16
Section titled “v0.45.16”- Restored hard Back / Cancel behavior across menu screens.
- Options Back now ignores stale post-remap close suppression after the remap flow has finished, so the visible Back button can close the screen again.
- Menu navigation now samples raw Esc and Steam Input default Gamepad
PadB/ D-pad actions directly, soEsc, XboxB, and PlayStationCircleare not dependent on remappable bindings or Steam Input origin-capture tokens. - Achievements controller scrolling/back navigation now works from Steam Input default Gamepad actions as well as native SDL controller state.
v0.45.15
Section titled “v0.45.15”- Split Options control remapping into Gameplay Controls and Menu / UI Controls.
Back / Cancelnow appears as a remappable Menu / UI binding instead of being hidden from the remap list.- The Controls list now keeps gameplay actions, screen shortcuts, panel actions, pause, and back/cancel behavior visually separated for keyboard/mouse and controller remapping.
- Fixed menu back navigation on controller and mouse-facing menu paths.
- The visible Options
Backbutton now responds again after controller remap back-input locks are released. - The Achievements screen now accepts controller/D-pad scrolling and preserves
B/ PlayStationCircle/ Esc as the back-out path. - Additional fallback menu pages now honor the controller back action instead of only pause/confirm.
