Patch Notes Page 1

  • Added live HUD buff cards for generated RPG armor sets.
  • Any non-Dragon gear set with an active 2-piece-or-higher bonus now appears in the minimap-adjacent buff strip.
  • Set buff cards use an equipped set piece as the icon, show the current active tier as 2pc, 3pc, or FULL, and list the currently active set stats in the hover tooltip.
  • Added the new equipment set and weapon catalog as RPG loot.
  • 23 armor set sheets now generate 212 Set-rarity equipment templates with shared rpgSetId values and passive 2-piece, 3-piece, and full-set bonuses.
  • 13 new weapon sheets now generate 334 named weapon templates across Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Artifact-quality elemental sword candidates.
  • Large catalog drops now use data-authored source tags, weights, combat types, and always-applied base stats so generated items remain lootable without flattening the older loot table.
  • Generalized RPG set presentation beyond the Dragon Set.
  • Any item with a non-empty set ID now displays as Set rarity, shows set progress and bonus ladders in item details, and contributes to compare text through the data-driven gear-set registry.
  • Added stricter RPG loot validation.
  • rpg_loot_tests now loads the generated catalog and gear-set registry, checks expected counts, sprite sheet coordinates, affix IDs, combat types, set membership, milestone coverage, and generated weapon rarity spread.
  • Fixed Lucian summon left-facing animation.
  • Lucian’s Lizardman and Elven summons now mirror their right-facing rows when facing, walking, attacking, getting hit, or dying to the left.
  • Added Lucian as an unlockable Warden.
  • Lucian unlocks through Valor by either collecting 10 unique Artifacts across sessions or completing every Codex entry.
  • Lucian uses the new assets/Sprites/Characters/Macro/Lucian.png and combat sheet, throws Dark primary projectiles using Jade’s dark elemental visuals, and tracks persistent Artifact discoveries in the save profile.
  • Added Lucian’s summon kit.
  • Lucian can summon Lizardman Warriors, Lizardman Mages, and random Elven aid with Sage-style intelligent summon control and supply usage.
  • Lizardman Mages fire Jade-style fire bolts, Elven Mages visibly heal Lucian, other Wardens, and Lucian’s summons, and healers can melee enemies that close into direct combat.
  • Empower temporarily doubles Lucian’s active summons’ scale, health, shields, damage, and attack cadence, with higher ranks increasing duration and strength.
  • Sharpened Robin’s charged Boomerang feedback.
  • Boomerang now plays a random sword impact hit sound whenever it damages an enemy.
  • Charging Boomerang now clearly throws harder, increasing distance, travel speed, and damage at higher charge stages.
  • Tightened Robin’s Boomerang presentation.
  • The boomerang render size is now half as large.
  • The throw distance and side sweep are shorter so the curved return loop stays closer to Robin.
  • The boomerang now travels more slowly and spins visibly while in flight.
  • Refined Robin’s Boomerang flight path.
  • The boomerang now curves to one side as it leaves Robin, sweeps smoothly around its outer point, and returns on the opposite curve instead of traveling in a straight out-and-back line.
  • Expanded charge-up abilities across the Warden roster.
  • Jack, Sally, Maria, Bjorn, Gunther, Ellis, and Raven now gain stronger effects when holding eligible abilities before release.
  • Charged casts cost more energy than instant casts and show green, yellow, and red hotbar charge stages as they load.
  • Sally’s Holy Smite spell asset now grows by 10% per charge stage while gaining damage and radius.
  • Replaced Robin’s Nova Barrage with Boomerang.
  • Boomerang throws the authored assets/Sprites/Equipment/Boomerang.png asset in an arcing return path that damages enemies along the way.
  • Desktop aiming throws toward the cursor, while Android auto-aims the throw toward the nearest enemy.
