v0.17.3
Section titled “v0.17.3”- Fixed haste-on-kill boots stacking move speed indefinitely.
- The
On kill: Move Speedboot affixes now last 2 seconds instead of 3. - Repeated kills now refresh the same haste proc’s duration instead of stacking its move-speed percentage higher and higher.
v0.17.2
Section titled “v0.17.2”- Fixed the Baron Von Dreadmoor victory speech to advance across two actual dialogue panels.
- The finale tutorial/dialogue system now supports explicit in-message page breaks, so long milestone speeches can advance panel by panel instead of relying on a fragile queued-message handoff.
- Kalibros’s post-victory speech now always shows the Wen-saved celebration first and the
Infinite Mode still lies before you as well...follow-up on the next confirm.
v0.17.1
Section titled “v0.17.1”- Split Kalibros’s post-Baron victory speech into two cleaner dialogue panels.
- The first panel now ends after praising the Wardens and confirming Wen’s safety, avoiding text clipping in the finale dialogue box.
- The second panel now begins with
Infinite Mode still lies before you as well...and keeps the Infinite continuation / unlock callout readable.
v0.17.0
Section titled “v0.17.0”- Reworked the Baron Von Dreadmoor finale into a full victory celebration.
- Defeating Baron Von Dreadmoor now triggers a jubilant Kalibros speech before the final victory screen appears.
- Kalibros now calls out the Wardens’ performance, confirms that Wen is safe once more, and announces that Infinite Mode has been unlocked.
- Expanded the victory screen into a larger end-of-run finale.
- The victory overlay now highlights Baron Von Dreadmoor’s defeat, celebrates Wen’s safety, and showers the screen with confetti.
- Players can now choose
Continue,Recap, orMain Menufrom the final victory screen. - Added direct post-victory continuation into Infinite Mode.
- Choosing
Continuenow converts the current run to Infinite Mode rules starting on the next wave instead of ending immediately after the final boss dies.
v0.16.5
Section titled “v0.16.5”- Changed
Restore Saveto recover the newest local backup for the active profile. Restore Savenow restores the newest matching*_backup_*.datfile into the active profile instead of requiring a Steam Cloud copy.- After a successful restore, the refreshed primary save is uploaded to Steam Cloud automatically.
- Save Management copy and status guidance now describe restore as a local-backup recovery path.
v0.16.4
Section titled “v0.16.4”- Fixed legacy vanilla save import so existing progression is preserved.
- Legacy
profile_mod_...datvanilla saves are now deserialized, normalized, and re-saved intoprofile.datinstead of being treated as incompatible. - The importer now prefers a meaningful legacy save over a blank
profile.dat, so players keep their stats, unlocks, and vault progress after the slot routing fix. - Legacy Steam Cloud vanilla saves now follow the same import rule before being copied into the primary
profile.datcloud slot.
v0.16.3
Section titled “v0.16.3”- Fixed vanilla save-slot routing for Steam Cloud sync and full-save deletion.
- Vanilla sessions no longer generate a fake
profile_mod_...datslot when no runtime mods are active. - The game now migrates the old accidental vanilla slot back to
profile.datlocally and in Steam Cloud before startup sync runs. Delete Savenow also removes the legacy accidental vanilla slot names so a wiped profile does not come back on the next launch.
v0.16.2
Section titled “v0.16.2”- Split local backup from manual Steam Cloud upload in Save Management.
Backup Savenow only writes a timestamped local snapshot of the active profile.- New
Upload Savebutton now force-saves the active profile and pushes that primary save slot to Steam Cloud. - Save status guidance now points players to
Upload Savewhen the local profile is newer than Steam Cloud.
